Matt Hobby is an actor best known for his 7 seasons as Pastor Jeff on the CBS sitcom, "Young Sheldon." Matt also made appearances in "The Grinder" on Fox, "Fresh Off the Boat" on ABC, among others. His first role was on HBO's "Boardwalk Empire," where the director kept telling him to "do less," which was hard to know what that meant.
